Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes. The initial conversation helps us understand your situation and whether our team may be able to assist. Any later legal, title, or closing services are not necessarily free; scope and fees would be discussed separately.
Do I need to know whether my issue is legal or title-related?
No. Tell us what is happening in plain language. We will help identify the appropriate next step and tell you honestly whether our team appears to be the right fit.
Can I ask about a will or trust even if I am not sure what I need?
Yes. An initial conversation can focus on your goals, family, property, and existing documents. The firm can then explain whether it may be able to help and what information would be needed next.
Can you work with my real-estate agent or brokerage?
That may be possible, depending on the transaction and any professional or legal restrictions. Share their information during intake so the appropriate team can coordinate.
Does submitting the form hire the firm?
No. An intake submission does not create an attorney-client relationship and should not include confidential, time-sensitive, or urgent information.
What matters does the firm generally not handle?
The practice is focused on Florida real estate, property, construction, contract, landlord-tenant, and estate-planning matters. The firm generally does not handle criminal, immigration, family-law, personal-injury, bankruptcy, general employment, contested probate, or full estate-administration matters unless that scope is later approved.
Can every eviction filing or judgment be removed?
No. Selected tenant-side matters may be reviewed for service, defaults, inaccurate records, screening concerns, or other available relief, but no particular correction, sealing, removal, or result can be promised.
